Orders placed before February 16, 2026
These orders were placed in our old shop system. Your order has been transferred to our new shop system and has received a new order number. This new order number is required to register your return.
Does your package already include a return label?
Yes: Use it directly for your return.
No: Please register your return online.
How to register your return online:
Open your order overview – Enter the email address you used to place the order.
Receive a code – You will get a 6-digit code via email to log in.
Copy your new order number – Find your order by the order date; the new order number will be displayed there.
Register your return in the returns portal – Use the new order number and your email address to start the return process.
