If you’ve received a payment reminder from us, there are a few possible reasons – please check the following:
You haven’t paid yet?
Please follow the instructions provided in our reminder email.
You’ve already paid or returned your order?
- Payments can take up to 5 business days to be processed.
- Returns are handled within 14 days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email for each – until then, you can ignore the reminder.
Forgot to include or entered the wrong payment reference?
Please always include your order number as the payment reference. Incorrect or missing details may cause delays. We will review your payment and issue a refund if needed.
Paid for multiple orders at once?
In that case, please contact us and include the relevant order numbers and your payment reference.
