In some cases, your card may first be pre-authorized – meaning the amount is reserved on your credit card but not charged yet. The actual charge will be made only once your order is shipped.
How does the refund work?
If you return an item or cancel your order, the refund will automatically be issued to the credit card you originally used.
Please note: In case of cancellation, the pre-authorization may still appear on your credit card statement. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 30 days for the amount to be fully released.
