Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email. It includes your order number and a summary of your items.
If you haven’t received the email, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

Important for prepayment:
If you chose prepayment as your payment method, you’ll receive a second email after the order confirmation. It will contain our bank details and payment instructions.
By the way:
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking number. That way, you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
