In general, it is possible to wear insoles with Groundies. However, barefoot shoes are designed to strengthen the foot muscles so they can support the foot naturally. Insoles may partially limit this process, as they provide external support.
If you wear orthopedic insoles, we recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist before switching to barefoot shoes. In some cases, it may be helpful to use insoles during the transition period and reduce them gradually over time.
