First, please check the shipping status using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. There you’ll find your tracking number and can see if the parcel was, for example, delivered to a neighbor or left at a pickup location.
If your shipment is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received the package – or if the status hasn’t changed in a while – please contact our customer service team.
If the package was undeliverable (e.g. due to an incomplete address), it will automatically be returned to us. In that case, we’ll need your correct shipping address so we can resend your Groundies as quickly as possible.
